"The Agile Box conveys agile principles in a playful way, making it highly dynamic and really fun for teams. In addition to the principles of agile working, teams quickly understand the importance of open and targeted team communication despite clear agile structures, and how the role of leadership in agile teams differs from or changes in relation to traditional hierarchical structures"
