  • What is RAUM?
    RAUM is a virtual environment where you can immerse yourself in learning, training, and working.
  • Is the fee flexible, or is a subscription required to play?
    Access to our VR experiences is straightforward and transparent: No subscription is needed. We charge a nominal fee of €20 per player, per round, plus VAT. This approach ensures that you only pay for what you truly need, empowering you to control costs while maximizing value from our innovative serious games.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Master, Amex, China Union Pay, Jcb, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro), ApplePay, GooglePay and bank transfers.
  • Will I receive an invoice?
    Yes, you'll receive an invoice that includes VAT.
  • The game can't take place. Can I cancel the event?
    Yes, cancellation is possible. Please review the following cancellation policy: Up to 3 weeks before the match: Free cancellation. 2-3 weeks before the event: 50% of the total cost. Less than 2 weeks before the event: No refund. Note that we are not responsible for the rental of your VR headsets.
  • Can players buy their own access to the game?
    Not yet. Currently, access is managed by the operator, but we're working on a solution to provide individual access in the future.
  • What language is the game in? Can I change the language?
    The game is in English by default. At present, changing the language isn't available.
