The Agile Box is a unique, immersive experience that makes learning the agile approach both practical and engaging. Through this dynamic simulation, teams master key Scrum artefacts through interactive planning, retrospectives and collaborative exercises. It's a fun and effective way to apply agile principles. Game session structure: Our 3 hour gaming sessions are carefully structured to ensure maximum learning and engagement: Preparation (30 minutes): - Set up the game environment. - Brief participants on session objectives and rules. Introduction and warm up (30 minutes): - Introduce agile principles and Scrum artefacts. - Perform warm-up exercises to prime participants. Game Experience (60-90 minutes): Teams dive into the simulation, completing tasks and overcoming challenges with real-time feedback. Reflection, discussion and feedback (30-60 minutes): Teams reflect on their performance, discuss lessons learned and receive constructive feedback. Pricing information: Each game session costs €20 per person, providing an affordable and high quality training experience.
